Business Philosophy
Being a proud, lifelong Puyallup/Tacoma ‘kid’, it’s a safe bet I will be an excellent resource and fierce advocate for your local real estate activities. Delivering results that not just meet but exceed expectations is my goal for everyone I work with, every time. The added bonus is the evolution of our rapport with one another- it's rooted in my ability to make anybody and everyone feel comfortable and empowered. Connection with my clients throughout a transaction endures long after closing; I'm proud and grateful to have a robust track record of transforming clients into lifelong friends.
Buying and/or selling a home can be accompanied by a multitude of emotions so I am committed to providing personalized service that attends to your individual/situational needs. The experience with me is one I hope you reflect on with utmost satisfaction. I truly believe in providing you with an exceptional experience because, without fulfilled clients and reputable relationships, I would be out of business!
This is your transaction– I’m here to manage its intricacies while providing valuable information and support, allowing you to make confident decisions. Together, we'll reach a successful closing and gain an enduring friendship!
Professional Background
For 20+ years, I was a union grocery retail employee (position: a jill-of-all-trades!) which provided me with an extensive customer service skill set working with a diverse demographic. In 2017, I was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Tacoma Pierce County Association of REALTORS®. I hold several national designations for demographics I am particularly passionate about SRES (55+), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and VA certified for past and present service members.
Getting Personal
I’m a down-to-earth, authentic kind of gal-always {humorously} transparent about my shenanigans as a professional, a mother, a wife, and a human. I’m just pretty darn relatable! Always up for a donut run rather than a business luncheon, sporting holey jeans and a messy bun but never power suits with heels. Since being challenged to participate in a bloodmobile drive in college, I've been a regular blood donor. [Currently: 8 gallons donated.] More recently, I've been inspired by those close to me with cancer, to donate platelets. If all this sounds like someone you'd be friends with, I'd be honored to be that and your real estate agent too!
Looking forward to working with you as a client and friend!
